What we collect

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or through an advertisement enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, contact number, email address, vehicle details, the service you are interested in, your city and your preferred visit time.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation or studio visit, prepare a quote, and carry out any work you go on to book. We do not use enquiry data for any other purpose.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information to third parties.
• We do not ask for income, ownership status or financial details as part of an enquiry.
• We do not offer incentives, gifts or discounts in exchange for reviews, and we do not gate review requests.

Advertising enquiry forms

If you submit an enquiry through an advertisement on Meta or Google, the platform passes your submitted details to us. We use them only for the consultation or booking purpose stated on the form. The platform's own handling of your data is governed by that platform's privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain service history. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing karthiksukumaran@autoplanet.net.in, and we will do so unless we are required to retain them for a legal or accounting obligation.
